Gitlab security problem

A security issue was found in our gitlab, the version installed is vulnerable and we are working to upgrade/update/fix the security problem, but in the meantime, we want to limit access to gitlab to reduce the attack surface while we are working on it. If you have collaborators who absolutely need access to gitlab or mattermost, please inform us of their ip range, so we can add it to the allow list.

Expect some downtime for gitlab.science.ru.nl and gitlab.pep.cs.ru.nl while we are working on this.
